About Chantal

I love stories and storytelling. My mom says that I used to give her a complete retelling of my day, every day, during the car ride home starting in pre-school. When I wasn’t talking in the car, we were probably listening to NPR or Congolese music.

I’m Congolese & Ugandan, born and raised in upstate New York. Living in what seemed to be multiple cultures, at the same time, gave me a deep respect for different perspectives and experiences. So, I learned early in life how to navigate spaces with effective storytelling.

I’ve worked in public health, higher education, career development, government and tech, and regardless of the role the clear thread for me is using thoughtful communication to connect, influence and impact people.

I get excited about connecting with people and organizations who have a clear vision, and just need the right coaching and communication strategy to make their message and intention clear.

I’m interested in: purpose, work & organizational development, the African diaspora, and doing work that helps women of color thrive at work.

I work in communications for a tech company. I have a Bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master’s from Wake Forest University. And I still listen to NPR (podcasts are amazing) and Congolese music.
